Orders are shipped out either by Royal Mail 2nd class post, 2nd class Recorded Delivery or by courier , depending on the value and weight (and at our discretion).
Return Policy
THANK YOU FOR ORDERING FROM Greenlife Health Ltd. We appreciate your business and pride ourselves in offering you the finest health and wellness products. In the event that you need to return or exchange your product, please see below for important information. RETURN POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the packing slip/despatch note you received with your order. You must return the product back to us unused and in good condition. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued based on quantity of products returned. Please include all opened and unopened products in your return. Opened product is limited to a 30-day consumable quantity for full refund. Unopened containers must be deemed to be in unused and good condition to receive refund. If an item(s) is being returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. If the item(s) is faulty due to an error on our part, we will give you the FREEPOST address to return the item(s) to us. REFUND PROCESS: You must be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) to return a purchase. Please call the Customer Service Team on Freephone +44 2038339900 9am – 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday or email support@greenlifehealth.co.uk or for instructions and to obtain a RAN. We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery. If a returned order is not received back by us, the customer must provide proof of delivery to receive refund/credit/exchange. Orders retuned with a RAN will be processed within 7-8 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment. Please allow up to three weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of a refund and allow up to two (2) billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your credit card statement.
